- Quiz responses: First name, last name, email address, and answers to 7 quiz questions (role, AI usage, tools tried, concerns, results quality, time spent, goals)
- Feedback form responses: Module completed, email, usefulness rating, role, audio quality rating, open-ended feedback (via Tally)
- AI coaching submissions: Name, email, question type, module reference, question text, goals (Pro members only, via Tally)
- Account information: Name and email when you join our Skool community
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics data: Pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, referring URL (via Google Analytics 4)
- Cookie data: Consent preferences, quiz completion status, membership status (see our Cookie Policy)
- Advertising data: Pixel tracking for Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X — only with your consent
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver your personalized AI action plan via email
- Send email sequences including weekly AI tips and membership communications
- Personalize content based on your quiz responses (role, level, concerns)
- Generate AI coaching responses for Pro members
- Improve our course content based on feedback

4. Data Retention
- Email subscriber data (Kit): Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Analytics data (GA4): Retained for 14 months
- Google Sheet data: Retained until manual deletion or deletion request
- Tally form submissions: Retained by Tally per their retention policy. Note: On Tally’s free plan, individual submissions cannot be deleted — we disclose this transparently
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data by emailing [email protected]
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in every email
- Withdraw consent for advertising cookies via our cookie banner
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We will remove your data from Kit, Google Sheets, and all systems under our control. We will confirm completion by email.
6. AI Disclosure
Course content, email copy, audio narration, and coaching responses are generated with the assistance of AI tools (Claude by Anthropic, ElevenLabs for audio, Google Gemini for images). Human review and oversight is applied to all AI-generated content.
7. Children
CantReplaceMe is designed for working professionals. By using this service, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
