By accessing or using cantreplaceme.com and the CantReplaceMe membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. The Service
CantReplaceMe is a paid membership platform providing AI education for professionals. The service includes a structured course (“30 Days to AI Fluency”), a private community, weekly new content, and additional features depending on your membership tier.
The service is delivered through Skool (community and course), Kit (email communications), and cantreplaceme.com (website, quiz, and blog content).
2. Membership and Billing
- Subscription: Monthly recurring billing via Skool (powered by Stripe)
- Founding member pricing: Members who join during the founding window lock in their rate permanently, as long as their membership remains active
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through Skool with one click. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Access continues through the end of your billing period
- Payment methods: All major credit and debit cards accepted through Stripe
3. Refund Policy
We offer a conditional 30-day outcome-based guarantee. Complete all 5 course modules and the exercises. If you cannot use AI confidently at work within 30 days, email [email protected] for a full refund.
- The course is self-paced — there is no deadline on the 30-day window
- Completion is verified through your Skool profile (module progress and community participation)
- Refund requests are processed within 5 business days

4. Acceptable Use
As a member, you agree to:
- Use the community respectfully — no harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
- Not share login credentials or allow others to access your membership
- Not redistribute, resell, or republish course content, prompt templates, or community resources
- Not use the platform for any illegal purpose
We reserve the right to terminate memberships that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, prompt templates, written materials, audio, video, and community resources are the intellectual property of Polymathingco LLC. They are provided for your personal professional development. You may use prompt templates in your own work but may not redistribute them.
6. AI-Generated Content
Course content, email copy, audio narration, and coaching responses are created with AI assistance and reviewed by the CantReplaceMe team. We are transparent about our use of AI tools in content creation.
7. Limitation of Liability
CantReplaceMe provides educational content and tools. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or time savings. Results depend on individual effort, role, industry, and skill level.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymathingco LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Third-Party Services
CantReplaceMe integrates with third-party platforms (Skool, Kit, Google Analytics, and others listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of these third-party services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
